Bookings, payments, changes and refunds
Unless a service is expressly stated otherwise, travel reservations and payments are made with the relevant external provider rather than DejaViewTravel. The provider sets the final prices, availability, booking contract, cancellation and refund policies, payment rules and booking-specific customer support. For an existing booking, use the company and contact details in your confirmation. We cannot independently change or refund bookings made with those providers.
